It’s a very busy and exciting time here at CityVoter! We are happy to announce that the ABC7 Bay Area A-List, KSL Local Salt Lake County AList and La Lista de Boston are all off to a great start.

We have run contests in San Francisco for a couple years now, but are thrilled to partner with ABC this year for the ABC7 Bay Area A-List. The contest currently has over 31,000 votes and quite a few hot contests happening including the Fine Jewelry and Chocolatier categories. We are also running a sweepstakes with mobile payment and rewards service, LevelUp where the winner will receive a Mac Book Air and $500 in LevelUp credit.

Both the Salt Lake County AList and La Lista de Boston are new additions to the CityVoter contests this year. The Salt Lake AList has really taken off with almost 15,000 votes, and we aren’t even half way through the contest yet! So far  Hair Salon and Bakery are two of the biggest categories as well as Wedding Photographer.

Additional contests will commence later in March, so stay tuned for more announcements!

Even as 2011 was winding down, things were still in full swing at CityVoter with 3 big contests! Voting closed just before the New Year for Cleveland’s FOX 8 HOT LIST, WMBF’s Best of the Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach and the A-List on WISN.com in Milwaukee. Read the rest of this entry »

The 2011 Dallas A-List began on Monday! We are focusing on what makes the DFW area such a hot spot. Many categories, such as Biscuits and Gravy, Chicken Fried Steak and Food Truck, really reflect the newest happenings and unique flavors of the area. Speaking of flavor, the Local Flavor and Local Media sections of the contest allow voters to name their favorites in categories like Local Celebrity, News Anchor and College Campus.
